HOA Update
- Introduction to the LHOA General Manager – Devin Findlay
- Construction on HOA facility and park to continue with the HOA opening late Summer/early Fall 2020 (timelines subject to change)
- Residents will continue to be engaged to provide feedback on programming, events, and activities they’d like to see in the HOA and throughout the community
- Co-creation event took place immediately after the AGM
- Purpose: to find out what emotional experiences residents want throughout the community and how they want their spaces to be animated
- Co-creation survey to be sent out for those who were unable to join – keep on the lookout for this!
- This process will continue throughout the buildout of the community
- Erin and Philip from Thrive attended the meeting. We are working closely with Thrive. They are committed to helping us find a retailer and daycare tenant, with a focus on small businesses rooted in community spirit

- Concrete surface for splash park
- Park surface will be made out of PebbleFlex
- Tennis courts and splash park will have the ability to be flooded in the winter for additional skating area
- There will be lights installed on the skating rink to allow for night time skating
- HOA hours are to be determined
- Pro-rated fee for 2020
- Facility will be restricted to residents and their guests

Livingston Development Update
- 1st St NE is paved and connected to Stoney Trail exit
- Construction was delayed due to the movement of a cell tower and its lines
- Working on a paved pathway to connect to Stoney
- Concrete work to commence in the Spring around 1st St NE
- 144th is now complete – awaiting approval from the City to open
- 6 lanes East/West
- Overhead street lights
- Awaiting line paving and signage from the City
- Phase 14 park is now complete
- West pond construction was completed last year
- Landscaping to begin around this pond this summer
- Pathway
- Similar to existing pond in the East
- Pump track is completed
- Bicycle track
- Temporary location on 144th on the proposed High School site
- The goal is to make the pump track permanent – location has not yet been confirmed
- Temporary dog park in the works – location has not yet been confirmed
