Snow removal in the community is a joint effort between The Livingston HOA, Brookfield Residential (Developer) & The City of Calgary
Snow removal on sidewalks & driveway in front of your property is the responsibility of the home owner.

All playgrounds and greenspaces are owned and maintained by the City of Calgary. New park spaces could still be under the developer (Brookfield).
