We are excited to announce construction of The HUB (HOA facility and park) will start mid-April, 2019!
The HUB will be an exclusive (35,000 sq ft) facility and park for Livingston residents to live, grow, and connect at every stage of life.
Facility plans include: banquet facility, commercial kitchen, café/retail space, community discovery space, gathering spaces, temporary fire hall, childcare, meeting and multipurpose rooms, gymnasium, and skate change room.
Park plans include: tennis and pickleball courts, skating and hockey rinks, amphitheater, enhanced playground and play elements, picnic/gathering spaces with fire pits and BBQs, basketball and skateboard area, water splash park, toboggan hill, and pathway system.
An accessible consultation was completed to ensure the facility and park can be enjoyed by all residents.
Construction is anticipated to take approximately 18 months.
Note – HOA fees are anticipated to start in the 2020-21 fiscal year (applicable per the registered encumbrance on each title). Further information regarding fees will be available in late 2019
