Your feedback will help us assess our current services, programs, amenities, and facilities, identify opportunities for improvement and guide future decision-making.
The anonymous survey includes approximately 16 questions and takes about 10 minutes to complete. It will be open from October 1–29, with one submission per household.
As a thank-you for participating, residents who complete the survey by October 24 at 5:00 p.m. can enter for a chance to win a $100 Amazon Gift Card. To enter, please provide your name, email address, and phone number. This information will be kept private in accordance with the LHOA Privacy Policy and used solely for the purposes of the draw. The winner will be contacted by Monday, November 1.
