LHOA 2026/2027 annual encumbrance fee of $455 + GST = $477.75.

While LHOA annual fees are traditionally due on the first day of the fiscal year, April 1st, 2026, residents have a 30-day grace period to settle their accounts. Accounts paid on or after May 1st, 2026, may incur interest charges of prime plus 5% per annum and other associated collection fees.

2) PRE AUTHORIZED DEBIT PAYMENTS (PAD)

- Account Details are required.
- No Interest or late charges will be applied if arrangements are made before May 1st.
3) IN PERSON
- Come into the Hub during operating hours to pay via debit or credit card.

5) CHEQUE
- Please make your cheque payable to Livingston Homeowners Association)
- Mail to the address 1248 Livingston way NE, Calgary, AB.T3P 0V6 or drop it off in the orange mailbox outside the Livingston HOA main door.
6) ONLINE
- The Livingston Homeowners Association is pleased to offer a credit card payment system. This payment system will allow homeowners to easily and securely pay annual fees online.
- If you received your fee notification by email you must log into your account to view your invoice and pay your fees.

- If you received your fee notification by mail you can pay your fees using the invoice number and access code found on your invoice
