Annual General Meeting

Save the date! Livingston Homeowners Association’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Wednesday, November 19th at 7pm, held virtually. This is your chance to hear important updates, review our year in the community, and help shape the future of the LHOA.

AGM Packages have been emailed to all homeowners we have an email for and mailed/delivered to all homeowners that don’t.  If you have not received an AGM package by November 9th, please contact us at info@livingstonhub.ca

The LHOA Board of Directors is made up of 7 Resident Directors. At the Annual General Meeting, candidates will have the chance to introduce themselves and share why they wish to serve on the board after nominations close and before the election. Members will then cast their votes by ballot.

If you are unable to attend but would still like to participate, please click here to download your proxy form. Complete and submit it prior to Monday, November 17th (see bottom of form for ways to submit).  There are also copies available at the front desk at the Hub.
