While LHOA annual fees are traditionally due on the first day of the fiscal year, April 1st, 2024, residents have a 30-day grace period to settle their accounts. Accounts paid on or after May 1st, 2024, may incur interest charges of prime plus 5% per annum and other associated collection fees.

The Livingston Homeowners Association is pleased to offer a credit card payment system. This payment system will allow homeowners to easily and securely pay annual fees online.
If you received your fee notification by email you must log into your account to view your invoice and pay your fees.
