Both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of Livingston will have upcoming concrete and asphalt work. GeoGrout and Marmot will be starting next week, with Standard General the weeks following. The repairs are required by the City of Calgary.
There are two concrete programs:
1. Mudjacking (GeoGrout)
2. Concrete replacement (Marmot)
And one asphalt program executed by Standard General that completes the final 1″ of asphalt.
The letters below will be delivered to each homeowner prior to the start of the repairs within their areas. The letters explain the process of the work and addresses resident parking during the program.
